Adults only (25+). No pets.
For your and our safety - No Visitors Allowed. No loud music.
In making a booking you understand and accept this is a clothing-free optional property.
You will be the only booking for your visit or stay.
A 50% deposit is required via bank transfer, non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.
• We are based in central Waikato a 20 minute drive from Hamilton - address supplied upon booking.
• Prices on this website are quoted in NZ$ and contain no hidden extra fees.
• Advertised prices are subject to change without notice. Advanced reservations will be at the price agreed at the time of booking.
• Payment is required via bank transfer to our NZ registered Ltd Company, or cash on arrival - sorry no EFTPOS.
• 3 Hour day visits available 7 days a week from 9.00am. Last start time 4.00pm.
• Overnight stay options check-in from 2.00pm
• Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• We are smoking & vaping friendly - but strictly not inside. Vaping only in the spas, not smoking to protect the spas from accidental burns. You are free to smoke in weather-proof areas eg at the bar, on the outside couches and on the deck in front of the cottage.
• We are only BYO - we can not supply you with alcohol. Please drink sensibly!
• Please lock your accommodation if you leave the property.
